Vacuum Forming is a low cost mold making alternative. The process of forming heated plastic against a model, mold or tool that once cooled can be used as a final product or as a mold for casting replications in a variety of materials. Anything can be Vacuum Formed for mold making if it does not have extreme undercuts. A model that is vacuum formed will be encased in plastic. If there are no draft angles present in the model, mold or tool it may be difficult to remove. This low cost mold making could be the answer. 

If you have an item that you want to have a mold created vacuum forming could be the answer. Items with flat or tapered out edges are perfect for Vacuum Forming. Basic lettering, signage, and flat wall decorations. This low cost mold making process allows you to have a mold without the higher cost of silicone custom molds. 

We can form items that are up to 16" by 18" with a max height of 7". However, the taller the item the less overall size can be created.
